Spring 2026 Retreat Lodging Reservation (04/08/2026)

Join QA members on retreat at Camp Huston! Stay for one to four nights in the Cabins or Dormitories. During the day, join others in one of the three workspaces for sewing and many other activities.

NEW THIS YEAR: Retreat starts at 3:00 PM on Wednesday and ends at 11:00 AM on Sunday. We can extend to our usual 2:00 PM on Sunday if enough people elect to stay through lunch, which must be added on as an extra meal at an additional fee. If you want to stay through lunch on Sunday, you will add lunch in to your final registration.

NOTE: the Longhouse and St. Francis and St. Clare dorms will ONLY be used if enough members (50+) register to fill the upper cabins. If you select these lower rooms as your first choice, please make your 2nd choice an upper cabin/workspace.

Overnight retreaters should begin with this Lodging Reservation. A deposit of $100 is due within ONE week of completing your reservation. Once rooms are assigned, you will receive an email with access to the Final Payment registration.

The Spring Retreat Lodging Reservation will be available on February 2nd at noon. The Lodging Reservation will remain open as long as there is space available, then a waiting list will be kept, if needed. Reservations from the waiting list will be accepted as space permits.

Spring 2026 Retreat Final Payment (04/08/2026)

Members interested in attending the fall retreat must complete the Retreat Lodging Reservation and deposit payment first.

Beginning approximately three weeks before the start of the retreat, the Retreat Coordinator will send those with reservations an email with instructions and a code to complete this Final Payment.

Full payment is due within one week of receipt of registration code or October 24th, whichever is the sooner of the dates. Changes to your retreat stay are discouraged once you have submitted your final payment.

With Fabric stores closing and the price of Fabric going up, what’s a quilter to do? Join Quilts to Go at our after Show Spring Fabric Sale! We will have pieces large and small, colorful and subdued, just what you are looking for. All for $4/ lb or roughly $1.30 yard. Come grab a bag and fill it up.

We will accept cash, checks and credit cards.
